Colorful PP spunbonded non-woven
Intro: Colorful PP spunbonded non-woven. Its main element is polypropylene; made by spunbonded process; filament is pressed under hot cylinder. Its color fastness is changeless.

Characteristics:
1. Light Weight: Weight proportion of PP to cotton is 3/5, 0.9; it could be puff and soft.
2. Soft: It's made of superfine fiber (1.5-3D); and made by thermo-melt bonding process; it's moderate soft and comfortable.
3. Waterproof and breathability: PP chip isn't absorbent, moisture rate is 0. Still it's made of fiber, so it's lacunosis. It's porous but could breath free; it is easy to wash and keep dry also.
4. It doesn't' contain other chemical element, its capability is stable, it's nontoxicity and inodorous, it won't stimulate people's skin.
5. Germ-poof and well chemical stability: PP won't be eat by moth and can insulate germ which hide in water. It's alkali-resistance and high wet strength.
6. Physical: Because the filature fiber be outspreaded and then made by thermal bonding process directly, the result is, it's strength is more higher then staple fiber products and the strength in length and breadth are very equal. The intenerate is 160°C. 7. You can treat it with many special processes, like, coloration, flame retardancy process, antistatic process, printing, and compound with plastic.
